Considering a collaboration?
Or wondering who's behind the camera?
I'm Antony, a photographer based in Basel.

A quick fun fact about me
I was born in Brazil and raised in Switzerland.
My full name is Antony Berbert de Castro Hüsler, and yes, it often exceeds character limits.

What am I like as a person?
I am open, empathetic, and I connect with people easily. I cherish getting to know people. With my background in psychology, I understand people well and can adapt to different situations with sensitivity and ease.

What is my goal in photography?
What interests me most in photography is the connection between people and their surroundings. I'm drawn to images that feel like scenes from a movie: cinematic, emotional, and human.
To me, a strong image is created when every element comes together with purpose: the light, the person, and the environment. Through my photography, I want to capture the essence of something, whether that is a person, a city, or nature.

What is a shoot with me like?
Before the shoot, we talk about your vision and prepare everything with a moodboard: outfit, inspiration, location, and mood.

During the shoot, it's important to me that nothing feels forced and that you feel comfortable. We start in a relaxed way, and I try to meet you where you are. If you're posing without a jacket in winter, I'll probably take mine off too: I don’t believe in asking someone to do something I wouldn’t do myself. Depending on the person, I may give more direction, demonstrate poses, or simply go with the flow.

Who is my ideal creative partner?
I love working with open-minded, creative people who enjoy building something together and sharing their ideas in a respectful and honest way,

Why should you work with me?
You've already made it this far, so I've probably sparked your curiosity. Working with me is easy-going, enjoyable, and reliable. I have experience with many different people, situations, and lighting conditions.

Let's talk about your vision and see if we're a good fit to work together.
